The deal involved existing leaseholder Mapeley surrendering its lease to free up the space which will be refurbished before SPX takes occupancy.
The SPX letting comes two months after retailer John Lewis Partnership struck a deal with Dutch developer Wereldhave for a 20,000 sq ft at the Scotscroft building at
