Countryside Properties and Land Securities have received detailed planning approval for the next phase of homes at Springhead Park in Ebbsfleet Valley, Kent.
The permission includes a further 123 homes with associated highway works, car parking, services, infrastructure and a 7.5-acre park.
The homes in the new phase comprise a mixture of houses and flats. There will be 13 two-bedroom houses, 35 three-bedroom houses and 43 four-bedroom houses for sale. The affordable homes will include one- and two-bedroom flats and two- and three-bedroom houses.
Springhead Park is the first residential community in Ebbsfleet Valley, and brings the total number of homes with detailed planning approval to 500. Just over 200 have been built to date.
