Spotify has agreed a deal to locate around 80 members of staff in a WeWork co-working space in Cambridge, EG understands.
The music streaming app is planning to move into 50/60 Station Road, which is being developed by Aviva Investors and Brookgate, in December.
Spotify is currently based in IWG Regus office space in Cambridge at Wellington House, East Road, a 15-minute walk away.
WeWork announced its launch in Cambridge in May, when it leased 40,000 sq ft across the ground, first and second floors at 50/60 Station Road.
The 156,348 sq ft office building forms part of the wider regeneration scheme of the Station Road area, known as CB1.
The office is fully let, with the final lettings being agreed in August. Other occupiers include Amazon, Samsung, law firm Eversheds Sutherland and private wealth manager Brewin Dolphin.
