The Education Support & Information Service (ESIS) has taken a 26,750 sq ft (2,485 sq m) prelet at South Wales-based developer Charnwood Group's Parc Nantgarw scheme, north of Cardiff.
This follows the decision by the Welsh historic monuments body Cadw
