Spaces has completed its letting of 125 Deansgate in Manchester’s Deansgate district.
The co-working group has taken the entire 120,000sq ft of space available at the 12-floor building.
The new space is in addition to the company’s existing Manchester office location, at Peter House on Oxford Street.
Spaces is set to move in during early 2020. CBRE advised Spaces on the deal.
