Southwark Charities to redevelop South Bank almshouses

Southwark Charities has revealed plans to redevelop the site of its ageing almshouses on Nicholson Street, SE1. It is aiming to double the existing number of almshouses by building 62 new ones and deliver around 220,000 sq ft of office
