Southampton’s Alpha Park changes hands in £26m deal

Bericote Properties has sold Alpha Park to Leftfield Advisors for £26.1m. The developer acquired the eight-and-a-half-acre former Hampshire Police site back in 2015, and had speculatively constructed three detached warehouses with secure yards, totalling 148,331 sq ft. The scheme is
