Southampton requirements hit 200,000 sq ft

A flurry of grade-A office requirements totalling 200,000 sq ft has hit Southampton as firms seek to take up rents before they rise 17% over the next four years.

Aviva Healthcare has appointed BNP Real Estate to find it between
