Sorbon Estates agrees first lettings at Maidenhead’s Waterside Quarter

Sorbon Estates has secured the first lettings for its mixed-use development, Waterside Quarter, the final stage of Maidenhead town centre’s transformation.

Waterside Quarter comprises 259 new homes and 16,000 sq ft of space for shops, restaurants, cafés and offices.

Lounges will open the 3,789 sq ft Bardo Lounge, while gym franchise F45 Training has taken 2,917 sq ft space. Sauce & Flour will open a 1,974 sq ft store.

Katherine Croom, managing director of Sorbon Estates, said: “Ensuring a diverse and aspirational offering that blends retail, food and leisure will enhance the local area and provide an added draw for both residents and visitors to the town.”

Investments in the town has increased over the past year, with £500m in plans to redevelop the Nicholsons Centre and around 5,000 new homes.
