Solid deal for IM Properties

IM Properties let its 302,00 sq ft DC2 warehouse in Swindon, Wiltshire, to Oak Furniture Land, the UK's largest retailer of solid hardwood furniture.

The retailer has agreed a 15-year lease on the property at a rent of £5.50 per
