Trinity Square, the £75m Nottingham scheme by Mike Slade's and Jim Kelly's Overton developments, has been given the green light.
Designed by architect Haskolls, it covers two island blocks totalling 2.25 acres (0.9ha) adjacent to the Cornerhouse leisure complex.
