Singaporean fund manager sets sights on £40m UK equity raise

IP Investment Management wants to boost its UK real estate investment by more than a half over the next 12-18 months. The Singaporean real estate investment manager is opening a London HQ at 10 Orange Street, WC2, in Haymarket.
