Sheffield Insulation Group (SIG) has gained outline consent for a 41-acre mixed-use development on one of its manufacturing sites in the centre of Barnstaple, north Devon.
The redevelopment of Anchorwood Bank will comprise around 450 houses and 107,639 sq ft
