Sibbett Gregory has extended its lead on EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Dorset, helped by its most recent deal – a 20,800 sq ft sale in Parkstone.
The sale of the freehold residential block on Bournemouth Road is the agent’s largest to date and puts it more than 43,000 sq ft ahead of second-placed JLL (66,319 sq ft) and Lambert Smith Hampton (30,110 sq ft).
