Swindon council has announced the shortlist of developers for Wichelstowe, a 460-acre extension of the Wiltshire town.
The shortlist comprises:
- Orion Land and Leisure, Skanska and LXB3
- St Modwen
- Bloor Homes
- Construction company Vinci and Grainger Trust
