SevenCapital has bought a five-and-a-half-acre site in Erdington, Birmingham.
The site, on Sutton Road, was formerly a car showroom, workshop premises and eight-storey office block.
SevenCapital has already submitted plans to convert the offices into 84 flats and intends to submit a new plan for the rest of the site for a mix of residential and commercial uses.
Samuel Clark, director at SevenCapital said: “This site has remained an eyesore for a number of years while the surrounding area has benefited from continued investment including Erdington leisure centre, Erdington skills centre and the ongoing regeneration of the Lyndhurst estate.”
