Springfield Properties has appointed Colin Rae (pictured left) as a non-executive director. He is a chartered quantity surveyor with nearly 40 years’ experience in the construction and housebuilding industries and previously worked for Places for People.
Sian Bowen (pictured second from left) has joined RivingtonHark as a senior asset manager responsible for asset management initiatives which will include securing new retailers, restaurants and new creative initiatives for retail destinations.
Argent has appointed James Rayner (pictured second from right) as a retail lead for its flagship project in King’s Cross. He was formerly a leasing executive at Capital & Regional and has 20 years’ experience managing and advising on retail assets. He will take up his new role in October.
Sarah Whitney (pictured right) has joined St Modwen Properties as a non-executive director and a member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees board.
Matt Soules has joined Savills’ building and project consultancy team as a director to grow the life science project management offering in Cambridge and the wider division. He joins from Currie and Brown where he was project director.
Bruton Knowles has promoted Sam Spencer, Carl Kesterton, Nick Worman and Ben Compton to senior associate positions in the Nottingham, Birmingham, Cardiff and Gloucester offices, respectively.
Gerald Eve has recruited Iain Pepler as a partner in the building surveying team. He joins the Glasgow office from Watts Group where he was Scottish lead director.
River and Mercantile Group has hired David Hanratty as global head of distribution. He was previously managing director at Pioneer Investments.
Paul Dunbar has joined law firm Winckworth Sherwood as a partner in the property litigation team.
Bond Wolfe Auctions has promoted Perm Daley to associate director and Aimee Scott to auctions manager.
Chancerygate has promoted George Dickens to development director and Tom Faulkner to development manager in London. Shreeya Panchal has been promoted to senior financial analyst in the Milton Keynes office.
Turley has appointed Lisa Russell as associate director and Hannah Munro as a planner in its Edinburgh office. They both join the firm from WYG and have experience in retail, residential and commercial sectors.
Aaron Stovell has rejoined Glenny as a senior associate from Hilbery Chaplin. As part of the valuation division he will work across the Essex and East London regions.
Carter Jonas has appointed Ian Cadman as an associate building surveyor in its architecture and building consultancy in Leeds. He joins from NPS.
Whittle Jones has hired Tony Lamb as a management surveyor dealing with estates in Northumberland and South Tyneside.
U+I has appointed Malcom Hockaday as planning director to oversee major regeneration projects in London, Manchester and Dublin.
Terry Martin has joined LGIM Real Assets as a senior asset manager to focus on its retail and leisure holdings.
Knight Frank has appointed Mat Hobbs as a partner in its investment letting and management team. Based at its London HQ, Hobbs will drive the firm’s advisory function for investment lettings and major portfolios in the private rented sector.
Realm has appointed Michelle D’vaz-Plant as head of marketing for the London Designer Outlet.
Christopher Warenius has joined the property development team at Harold Benjamin as a director.
Knight Frank has appointed Jon Ely as partner to head a new business rates service from its Cardiff office. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield and will provide an on-the-ground ratings service to local and national companies in South Wales and the South West.
Joe Mellery-Pratt has rejoined Bournemouth-based chartered surveyor Rebbeck Brothers as a director. He will be responsible for property management and new business.
The Collective has recruited Mike Greenup as customer director. He has more than 20 years’ marketing and brand experience across multiple sectors and global markets and joins from InterContinental Hotels Group.
Aviva Investors has appointed Ed Dixon as head of environmental, social and governance real assets. Based in London, he will be responsible for the ESG real assets programme, encompassing real estate, infrastructure and private debt.
LCP has appointed Howard Roddis as director and Ed Tuckett as associate director in the London office. Mark Binner and Jason Goss have been made associate directors in the West Midlands office. Also in the West Midlands, Rakesh Joshi and Simon Eatough have been promoted to senior asset managers and Martin Wade has been promoted to asset manager. In Scotland, Roddy Proudfoot has been appointed associate director for industrial and Dermit Smith associate director for retail.
Leisure property specialist Fleurets has relocated its London head office to 20-22 Bedford Row, WC1R 4EB.
