SEGRO seals Biocompatibles letting

SEGRO has let 39,000 sq ft to Biocompatibles at Watchmoor Park in Camberley, the largest letting in the Blackwater Valley for 12 months.

Biocompatibles has taken a 10-year lease. Quoting rents at the park are £16.50 per sq ft.
