SEGRO Park Rainham is now 100% occupied, thanks to a new lease with Wolseley.
The plumbing merchant took 27,783 sq ft of warehouse space across two buildings on a 10-year lease.
The facilities have BREEAM Excellent certification and an EPC A+ rating, featuring smart sensors that monitor electricity usage, heating and airflow.
The unit will be occupied by Wolseley’s subsidiary Neville Lumb, a supplier of commercial sanitaryware to new build and refurbishment projects.
It will join other tenants on site including Transport for London and London Ambulance Service.
SEGRO head of London Bonnie Minshull said: “All units that form part of the second phase of development are now fully let.”
SEGRO Park Rainham forms a part of the East Plus regeneration scheme being developed in a joint venture with the Greater London Authority.
The wider scheme will deliver 1.4m sq ft of modern industrial space, spanning the London boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Newham, and regenerating previously derelict land.
