SEGRO has launched a search for prelet tenants for its 200,000 sq ft IQ Farnborough office development in Hampshire.
The EPR Architects-designed scheme, which comprises buildings ranging from 32,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft, forms part of a masterplan to develop a further 500,000 sq ft on the site.
The offices were given the go-ahead in January. SEGRO is likely to seek rents of more than £25 per sq ft.
