Seda UK to open packaging plant in Caerphilly

Seda UK is to open a packaging plant at Hawtin Park, near Blackwood, Caerphilly, south Wales.

It has secured a regional selective assistance grant from the Welsh assembly.

It has also secured a property development grant.
