Kevin McCabe’s Scarborough Development Group has submitted scaled-back plans to revive a long-stalled redevelopment of a Welsh fairground.
Scarborough has filed proposals for around 150,000 sq ft of shops and leisure space on the 18-acre Ocean Plaza site in Rhyl.
