Denvale Trade Parkss largest light industrial scheme, at Haslett Avenue in Crawley, West Sussex, is now 50% prelet. The 8,000 sq m (86,114 sq ft ) development, in conjunction with John Mowlem, has attracted tenants including Malaya Mercedes, Tiles R Us, B&G heating, Maxon Tiles and Jewson.

Somerfield dispute bill for maintenance works

Supermarket chain, Somerfield Stores plc, has begun an High Court attempt to recover almost £500,000 from a maintenance company that it claims charged for workmen operating in two or more places, at the same time, and for 24 hours a day.

£500,000 belltower dispute moves to High Court

A dispute over payment for a £500,000 belltower at an Essex church has moved to the High Court. Both the acting chairman and the former treasurer of the church council at Basildon have told the court that the churchs vicar had full control over the purse strings.
