Appeal over negligent valuation award

Exeter solicitors’ firm Crosse & Crosse has gone to the Court of Appeal to challenge a July 1999 High Court ruling that it must pay damages of £195,261 to Lloyds Bank plc for breach of retainer in a property transaction.
