Seaforth’s Spitalfields House refurb gains approval

Seaforth Land has won planning permission from the City of London for its refurbishment of Spitalfields House, E1. Designed by ODOS Architects and Groupwork + Amin Taha, the 47,555 sq ft building will soon include new shops, receptions and cafés
