SDL Bigwood’s first auction in Coventry was the largest held in the city, the company said.
A packed salesroom raised £1.8m with a success rate of 88%. Of 33 lots, 29 sold in the room, and every Coventry-based lot sold.
Highlights included a part-vacant residential property in Earlsdon, Coventry, which has been converted into seven flats, producing a gross income of £8,400. It sold for £330,000 off a guide of £235,000.
The sale also saw 100% success rates for the 10 garages on offer and 10 properties in Middlesbrough.
