The Scottish estate that provided the backdrop to the TV series Monarch of the Glen has been brought to the market for the first time in 223 years.
The Macpherson-Fletcher family has owned Balavil House and its 7,000 acres near Kinguissie, Inverness-shire, since 1790.
It has a £7m price tag.
