Nottinghamshire developer Scotfield has acquired a riverside site in Leeds for redevelopment as a £100m mixed-use scheme.
Scotfield has exchanged contracts with Howarth Timber for the former timber yard on East Street, subject to planning consent for the proposed scheme.
