Schroders bags fresh lettings for Manchester tower

Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust has confirmed new lettings at its City Tower in Manchester. In an asset management update, the REIT said Oodle Financial Services, an existing tenant, has taken a five-year lease for an additional 9,181 sq ft
