Scarborough Development Group has sold Caledonia House in Rosyth, Fife to London & Oriental for £4m.
The 21,070 sq ft office, on the Innova Campus of Rosyth Europarc adjacent to the Forth Road Bridge, achieved an initial yield of 6.91%.
