Savills has acquired niche Central London agency Gresham Down Capital Partners for £4m.
A deal was agreed at the end of December to incorporate the team, headed by Stephen Down and fellow partners Daniel Hesketh, Robert Buchele, Richard Bullock and Simon Ewart-Perks.
The partners and eight other Gresham employees will move to Savills’ City and West End offices later this month. Down will join the Savills board and will head the Central London investment team.

Gresham clients include Santander, Rockspring and UBS.
