A 545-acre Highland estate in Scotland, comprising a mansion secluded on a private island, is going under the hammer at the upcoming Savills auction on 21 September.
Eilean Aigas on the River Beauly will be guided at £3m.
The property, owned by Canadian telecoms tycoon Brendan Clouston, was originally put on the market in 2012 for £15m.
The four-storey house totals 28,000 sq ft. It took six years to build and was completed in 2007.
The sale takes place at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, W1.
