Savills has started reopening offices with full PPE, staff rotas and social distancing in place.
It will provide equipment to staff travelling to and from the office and also in situations where it is required by government guidance.
The agent started a progressive rollout of offices this week, including its headquarters at London’s Margaret Street, W1G.
The reopening comes as CBRE and JLL also reopen facilities, with employees offered the opportunity to work from the office if required.
Savills said the offices are available to those who require them, and will limit capacity at 30% of the usual numbers.
A spokesman said: “All offices will operate on rotational plans at maximum 30% density, and include full PPE and distancing measures.
“The safety and wellbeing of staff and clients remain paramount.”
The reopening follows two months of lockdown, as the coronavirus pandemic spread across the UK.
Savills said it had continued to provide services to clients throughout lockdown, with onsite essential activities in estate and property management as well as building consultancy and project management.
It has now extended this to enable viewings and undertake site inspections, in accordance with government guidelines, with appropriate risk assessments and procedures.
