Savills nabs auctions guru from Allsop

Savills has recruited Gary Murphy to its auctions division. Murphy, one of the best-known and most highly-regarded figures in the auctions world, founded Allsop's residential auctions team 37 years ago, having first stepped up to the rostrum a year earlier.
