Savills has strengthened its commercial management team in Scotland with the appointment of Niall Joyce and Gareth MacDonald at the company’s Glasgow office on West George Street.
Joyce and MacDonald, who will join as a director and associate respectively, previously worked in the management department at Knight Frank in the asset management industry with a specific focus on office and business properties.
The pair will work closely with the head of the Scottish management team, Martin Wallace, on new and existing management projects north of the border.
Wallace said: “Our national management team has continued to expand over the last 18 months, which has enabled us to widen our remit and services to clients.
“Both Niall and Gareth have substantial experience in the property management industry that will complement and augment our existing team in Scotland.”
