Savills and CBRE high street gurus leave to set up own business

Three directors in the Savills retail team and the head of high street investment at CBRE are leaving the businesses to set up a new venture together.

Dan Walker, director in the retail team; Ben Tyack, director in UK retail investment; and Jonathan Kelley, director in retail lease consultancy, are all leaving Savills.

Charlie Neil, the head of high street investment at CBRE, has also resigned to set up the new business.

All are experts in high street retail and landlord services and their new venture will likely specialize in this, however full details of the new business are yet to be confirmed.

Sean Gillies, head of UK retail at Savills, said: “Dan, Jonathan and Ben have all been valuable members of our retail and investment teams for a number of years. We wish them all the best for the future.”
