David Savilles Avon Capital Estates has paid £9.8m for an eight-acre (3.24ha) industrial estate in Coventry in an off-market deal.
The purchase of the 125,000 sq ft (11,610 sq m) Earlplace Business Park reflects a yield of 7.4%.
