Analysts have welcomed the arrival of Nick Sanderson as Great Portland Estates’ new finance director.
Sanderson will join the REIT on 25 July from his role as head of real estate corporate finance advisory at Deloitte.
Matrix said the hire would “result in no change in the financing or strategy of the business, but would help chief executive Toby Courtauld run the business as it has previously been”.
Sanderson replaces Timon Drakesmith, who is moving to rival Hammerson.
