Sama gains consent for Sheffield student and care home scheme

Sama Investment Group has secured planning permission for a student housing block and care home in Sheffield. The Parkhill Views scheme on an abandoned brownfield site will deliver a 498-bed student housing block and a care home offering 85 beds.
