Salmon Harvester and Interbrew have submitted a detailed planning application for their redevelopment of Cheltenham town centre's former Whitbread site.
The £50m, mixed-use five-acre (2ha) development will comprise 220,000 sq ft (20,438 sq m) of retail and leisure space.
