Salford City Council’s planning department has recommended Countryside’s plans to develop a £60m GDV scheme in Ordsall to be approved.
The Buttress Architects-designed scheme is for 274 homes, comprising 137 houses and 137 apartments across 10 acres.
The site is located in two plots off Robert Hall Street and West Park Street. The homes will be a mix of two- to four-bedroom homes in buildings up to five storeys.
Of the 274 homes, 40% will be affordable and managed by Derive, Salford City Council’s housing company.
