Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund has secured the largest office letting in Kingston Upon Thames since 2005.
International oil company Saipem has taken 15,860 sq ft of the third floor of the 56,000 sq ft multi-let Surrey House office building, which is now fully let.
Saipem has signed up to a three-year lease at £12.50 per sq ft.
Salmon Harvester fund manager Matthew Meaden said: “We have substantially increased the rental income generated from Surrey House, which is now fully occupied as a result of our active asset management strategy and providing a healthy return for our investors.”
