Royal Caribbean Cruises has taken 35,000 sq ft at Delancey's 256,000 sq ft Aviator business park in Addlestone, Surrey.
The firm has signed a 15-year lease at £862,800 pa £24 per sq ft leaving just over 42,000 sq ft unlet
