Rockspring Property Investment Managers has completed the purchase of Maskew Retail Park in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, from Chambers Street Properties for £37m.
The purchase, on behalf of UK Value 2 LP, reflects an initial yield of 6.25% pa.
