Brocade Communications has taken Royal London Asset Management’s 24,500 sq ft One The Braccans on London Road in Bracknell for its new UK headquarters.
The US networking solutions and data centre company has taken a 10-year lease with a six year break at £18 per sq ft (£193.75 per sq m).
One The Braccans has been refurbished by the Royal London Property Fund in the last year. Brocade will take occupation in February and is relocating to larger offices from its location in Staines.
Matthew Purser, director of Studley’s London office said: “Brocade considered every option in Bracknell and selected One The Braccans because it offered a high quality refurbishment with the singular advantages of a self-contained building, plenty of parking in an established accessible location.
“This is one of the largest Bracknell office lettings in two years.”
Page Hardy and Strutt & Parker advised Royal London Asset Management. Brocade was represented by Studley.
