Royal London Asset Management has signed leases on two floors of its 45 Church Street development in Birmingham.
Bevan Brittan has taken the whole 10th floor of the 121,114 sq ft office building, where the commercial law firm will occupy 9,091 sq ft.
Part of the seventh floor of the building has been leased to Port-P, a computer support and IT solutions provider.
Work to the building, located in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District, includes the addition of a communal roof terrace on the twelfth floor and is ongoing, but is due to complete this summer.
