RivingtonHark has named Nick Williams as a director and head of its Northern office, based in Liverpool, as the business expands its asset management team.
Williams worked as asset manager for the Trafford Centre for around five years, latterly as head of asset management at Pradera Lateral. He also oversaw the centre as senior asset manager at CBRE and at now-collapsed landlord intu.
Before that, Williams held a leasing executive role at Westfield, handling significant projects including in Derby, Bradford and Nottingham.
The business has also hired TSB Bank transaction and asset manager for property assets Max Collett as an asset manager. Before he joined TSB last year, Collett worked at Avison Young as a surveyor in the retail agency team, where he advised retailers and landlords including several councils.

Collett will be working across several portfolio assets but with particular focus on the assets in the North.
Mark Harvey, executive director and head of asset management, said the hires play “a key part in the next stage” of RivingtonHark’s “business growth story”.
He added: “We are looking forward to bringing the skills, experience and personalities that Nick and Max have into the team and applying them to the portfolio.”
