Resolution Property has signed US cybersecurity company Zscaler as a new tenant at the Royal Exchange on London’s Bank Junction.
Zscaler has signed a five-year lease for the entirety of the 15,000 sq ft third floor of the Grade I listed building. It joins fellow tech tenant Asana in moving to the site.
The third floor was recently refurbished, with plans now underway for a similar revamp of the 10,000 sq ft fourth floor.
George Gilman, director for asset management at Resolution Property, said: “This milestone letting underscores the enduring appeal of the Square Mile for global technology firms. With our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable workspaces, we are ensuring that The Royal Exchange remains a prime destination for forward-thinking businesses. We look forward to continuing our work in shaping the future of office space in the City.”
