Resi strategy helps Barnett Ross raise £15.9m

A strategy shift to include more residential property in its catalogue helped Barnett Ross raise £15.9m at its 9 May auction - the largest result for the firm in 18 months.

Some 82 lots were offered and 59 sold, including
