Renovation projects prove stars of SDL auction

SDL Property Auctions' June sale offered a number of renovation opportunities, with lots ranging from classic terrace properties to former police stations going under the hammer. Lot 1, 41 Derby Road in Belper, was one of the most anticipated items.
